Contract Agreement
This Contract Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on the date of purchase, between Stadium Sport Ltd, trading as “Sportli” (hereinafter referred to as “Sportli”), and the customers name (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”).
1. Introduction
1.1 Sportli operates a virtual platform, where users can purchase virtual plots of a playing surface (hereinafter referred to as “Virtual Plots”).
1.2 The Buyer desires to purchase Virtual Plots from Sportli, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
2. Purchase of Virtual Plots
2.1 The Buyer agrees to purchase Virtual Plots from Sportli in accordance with the terms outlined on the Sportli platform.
2.2 The purchase of Virtual Plots grants the Buyer virtual rights of ownership within the Sportli platform, including but not limited to a framed certificate and a pdf certificate, for the duration of the purchase agreement only.
3. Ownership Rights
3.1 The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the purchase of Virtual Plots does not confer any ownership rights or interests in the actual physical plot of ground of the playing surface depicted in the virtual environment.
3.2 The Football Club in relation to the purchase, retains all ownership rights, title, and interest in the actual physical plot of ground of the playing surface, as well as all intellectual property rights associated with the virtual representation thereof.
3.3 The Buyer agrees that the purchase of Virtual Plots is solely for the purpose of accessing and enjoying the virtual experience provided by Sportli and does not entitle the Buyer to any rights in the physical real-world area.
4. Use of Virtual Plots
4.1 The Buyer agrees to use the Virtual Plots solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with the terms and conditions specified by Sportli.
4.2 The Buyer shall not reproduce, distribute, or exploit the Virtual Plots for any commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Sportli.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 Sportli shall not be liable to the Buyer for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase or use of Virtual Plots.
5.2 In no event shall Sportli’s total liability to the Buyer exceed the amount paid by the Buyer for the Virtual Plots.
6. Governing Law
6.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
7. Entire Agreement
7.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Sportli and the Buyer with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

By purchasing a Sportli® digital PDF certificate from Stadium Sport Limited, trading as “Sportli,” you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Immediate Access: You will receive immediate access to the Sportli® digital PDF certificate upon completion of your purchase.
- Right to Cancel: Under U.K. consumer law, you have a right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day after your purchase. However, this right will be waived if you choose to download or access the digital certificate immediately.
- Consent and Acknowledgment:
- By ticking the checkbox below, you explicitly consent to the immediate supply of the Sportli® digital PDF certificate.
- You acknowledge that by downloading or accessing the digital certificate, you will lose your right to cancel the purchase and request a refund.
